Production Information:
After a comprehensive selection and cleaning of the organic mustard seeds, a gentle crushing process takes place using rollers, which transforms the entire seeds into a fine grist. The resulting mixture of water, vinegar, salt, and spices forms the base. To ensure optimal development of the mustard aroma, the mixture is given an appropriate resting period. After this time, the entire mixture is ground to a smooth consistency and carefully filled. During the entire production process, any heat application is deliberately avoided.
