Application, Dosage, Recommended Intake
Bring fresh water to a boil, let it cool down to 70 to 80 degrees for about 5 minutes (please never use boiling water for green tea). Pour one filter bag per cup with the cooled water. Let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes, depending on taste. You can sweeten as desired.
