General Information
Ayurvedic cuisine prefers ghee over butter, oil and fat. It ignites Agni/the digestive fire and is the most easily digestible fat in nature. The most easily digestible fat in nature due to the Ayurvedic production process. It can be consumed in liquid form and is therefore a rejuvenator and elixir of life in Ayurveda. It has medicinal qualities and is used in Ayurveda for the production of medicines, as it potentiates healing herbs up to 1000 times. Ghee is considered the gold of Ayurvedic cuisine. It binds toxins in the body (the beginning of every Ayurvedic cleanse) and contains all important fatty acids (saturated and unsaturated).

Usage
For cooking, frying, steaming and deep-frying, for baking, for roasting spices (these are opened up and can fully develop their aroma), for seasoning finished dishes (e.g. vegetables, rice), on toast pure or with herbs and spices, one teaspoon of ghee with each meal stimulates Agni (the digestive fire), enjoy warm and liquid
Storage Instructions
After opening, store at room temperature. Loosely place the lid to avoid trapping humidity. Protect from direct sunlight.
