All organic oils, including frying oils, are produced using a gentle cold-pressing process – from the first pressing, of course. The majority of our organic gourmet oils are labelled "virgin". These single-variety oils only undergo a filtration process after cold pressing. The frying oils are then subjected to gentle steam washing (deodorization).
