Dosage:
Adults take 10 ml of press juice three times a day, undiluted or with a little liquid, preferably water.
Use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age is not intended.
When using irrigation therapy, ensure plenty of fluid intake throughout the day.
Type of application:
Press juice for oral administration.
Duration of application:
Duration of irrigation therapy for minor complaints in the urinary tract.
Urinary tract
Nettle herb preparations are traditionally used for a period of 2 to 4 weeks.
If symptoms have not improved after 1 week, a doctor or another qualified person working in a healthcare profession should be consulted immediately.
Duration of use for mild joint pain:
The medicine should not be used for more than 4 weeks. If symptoms persist for longer than 4 weeks, a doctor or another qualified person working in a healthcare profession should be consulted.

Note for diabetics
This medicinal product contains less than 0.1 BE per single dose.

100 ml press juice from fresh nettle herb (Urtica dioica L., Urtica urens L.) (1 : 0.55 – 0.82).
Storage instructions and shelf life
Medicinal products should not be used after the expiry date.
The medicinal product contains no preservatives and no alcohol.

Shelf life after opening:
Once opened, it can be stored for 2 weeks at 2 °C to 8 °C in the refrigerator.
