Preparation for 8 rolls
Ingredients: 350 g roll mix, 375 ml water (lukewarm)

1. Preheat oven to 220 °C top/bottom heat.
2. Briefly mix the roll mix with water in a bowl. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
3. With moistened hands, divide the dough into eight equal pieces, roll them into balls, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten the dough pieces so that they are about 2 cm high.
4. Place the rolls (without proofing time) into the preheated oven at medium height.
5. After about 35 minutes of baking, remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.
