1. Lightly lather the soap with your hand and rub the lather into wet hair. Then rinse your hair thoroughly. Recommendation: Do not rub the entire bar of soap over your hair, just work the lather into your hands. 2. Repeat the washing process: The first wash absorbs and removes the dirt and dust particles, while the second wash provides a thorough deep cleaning. The second time you wash, the soap usually lathers much more in your hair. 3. Then rinse with an acidic rinse (1 tablespoon of vinegar to 800 ml of water) to smooth the hair and rinse off any limescale deposits. It is not necessary to use the entire 800 ml for the rinse - this depends on the length of your hair and your personal preference. No additional water is needed for rinsing. Alternatively, you can use a conditioner, for example the Speick Natural Active Hair Conditioner.ingredients
