Application of the Moor Cushions
Heating in the microwave
The quickest way to heat the moor cushion is in the microwave. Heat the moor cushion in steps of 1 minute each on a low setting until the desired temperature is reached.
Our tip
After each minute, check the temperature and gently knead the cushion so that the heat is evenly distributed. Heating in the microwave reduces the lifespan of the film.
Heating in a water bath
You can also gently heat the cushion in a water bath. Please do not boil the moor cushion in a pot or heat it in the oven! Boil water, remove the pot from the hob, place the moor cushion in the hot water, let it steep for 10-15 minutes, pat it dry, and apply it to the affected areas.
Cold application
For cold application, the moor cushion is placed in the refrigerator for approx. 2 hours.
Lifespan
With proper use, the moor cushion can be used for approx. 1 1/2 to 2 years due to the durability of the film.
