Each sachet (10 g) is sufficient for 250 to 500 g of dark flour or fine whole wheat flour, depending on the mixture. Particularly potent for bread dough and cakes, also suitable for bread makers.
Applications, Dosage, Consumption RecommendationAdd the contents of the sachet to approx. 50 ml of lukewarm water. Stir in ½ teaspoon of honey or sugar. When the yeast foams, it is active and can be added to the dough.
All ingredients should be warm for better baking results.
100% fresh yeast (dried), no additives.
