Hensel Organic Soy Chunks, in the style of meat cubes, can be ideally enhanced with spices, broths, or marinades. They absorb flavors well and are excellent for preparing goulash, sliced meat dishes, ragout, fricassee, stews, and all other recipes that would otherwise be prepared with pieces of meat.
Applications and Recommended Use
Basic preparation:
Soak 100 g Hensel Organic Soy Chunks, in the style of meat cubes, in 400 ml of hot water or vegetable broth for approx. 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the soy chunks, let them drip briefly, and optionally squeeze out some liquid. Season according to the recipe, sear, and continue preparing. Yields approx. 300 g of meat substitute.
