Hensel Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Acerola, unfiltered, is made from whole apples from traditional orchards and acerola cherries from controlled organic cultivation. Traditional orchard cultivation contributes to the preservation of old regional fruit varieties, is environmentally friendly, and promotes biodiversity.
This organic vinegar specialty, produced in Southern Germany, is unfiltered to protect its valuable ingredients. All soluble minerals and trace elements from the apple and acerola cherry are retained.
Applications, Dosage, Recommended Consumption
- For seasoning dishes and salads, for marinating and preserving vegetables, fruits, fish, and meat.
- As a refreshing drink for an invigorated start to the day: stir 2 tsp into a glass of water.
- Sweeten with honey or agave syrup if desired.
- For body care to cleanse the skin: 2 to 3 tbsp per liter of water for rubbing or 100 to 200 ml per full bath as a bath additive.
