Please adhere to the dosage instructions, otherwise VOLLMERS PREPARED GREEN OAT TEA may not work correctly!

Dosage
Adults drink 3 to 6 cups daily.

Preparation
Bring 1 cup (approx. 150 ml) of water to a boil in a pot. Hang a filter bag and keep it gently simmering for 10 minutes with the lid on. Let it cool to room temperature and remove the filter bag.
There are insufficient data for specific dosage recommendations in cases of impaired liver and/or kidney function.

Method of Administration
For drinking after preparing an herbal infusion.

Duration of Administration
The duration of self-medication should not exceed 2 to 4 weeks.

Composition according to package insert
1 filter bag (corresponding to 1.2 g medicinal tea) contains:
Active ingredients:
0.90 g oat herb, cut
0.12 g nettle leaves, cut
0.06 g alpine lady's mantle herb, cut.

Other ingredients:
Raspberry leaves, cut

Storage instructions and shelf life:
Do not use the medicinal product after the expiry date (date after "use by") stated on the folding box (outer carton).

Keep medicines out of the reach of children.

Store in the original packaging to protect the contents from light and moisture.
