1 filter bag (2.0 g) contains as active ingredients: 0.2 g caraway, 0.4 g Javanese turmeric, 0.6 g dandelion, 0.4 g milk thistle fruits, 0.4 g peppermint leavesInstructions for use / Dosage instructions, type and duration of use:

Dosage:
Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 filter bag and let it steep, covered, for about 10–15 minutes. Then remove the filter bag.
Unless otherwise prescribed, drink one cup of freshly prepared tea half an hour before meals 3–4 times a day.
Method of application:
For drinking after preparing an herbal infusion.
