Application, dosage, consumption recommendation

Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 filter bag and let it steep, covered, for approx. 5 to 10 minutes. Then remove the filter bag.

Unless otherwise prescribed, drink 1 cup of freshly prepared tea 3 to 4 times a day between meals.

1 filter bag (2 g) contains: Active ingredients: 0.5 g birch leaves, 0.5 g giant goldenrod herb, 0.5 g horsetail herb, 0.2 g restharrow root, Other ingredients: nettle herb, peppermint leaves, marigold blossoms.

Unless otherwise prescribed, drink one cup of freshly prepared tea 3–4 times a day between meals.
