Information
According to legend, green tea was discovered by the Chinese emperor Chen Nung as early as 2750 BC. The non-fermented, slightly stimulating tea came from China to Japan and is now produced in almost all known tea-growing regions of the world. Organic green tea specialties from Salus come from different origins. Each variety spoils with the slightly tart taste typical of green tea as well as with the individual character of the respective region – from strong and spicy to delicately floral. These particularly selected teas come from smaller tea gardens that are organically farmed. Taste differences within a growing region are possible.
