Taste: Elegant espresso, finely spiced aromatic with a fine crema. Origin: Arabica beans from the South and Central American highlands as well as from the mountain slopes of South India. We have a long-term partnership with our coffee farmers. Cultivation: Lebensbaum coffees grow slowly, well protected under shade trees. Harvest: Always by hand. Since ripe and unripe coffee cherries hang on the coffee bush at the same time, manual selection is particularly important for quality. Only ripe coffee cherries are picked for Lebensbaum coffees. Roasting: We roast slowly and not too hot. In this way, our coffees develop their full, balanced aroma.
Our roasting plant has specialized in refining the best coffees for over 75 years. Under the watchful eyes of experienced master roasters, the naturally mild beans are roasted slowly and gently in small quantities. This is how they develop their perfect aroma.
