Instructions for use Khadi Plant Hair Dye Black:
Preparation:
First, cleanse your hair with a silicone-free shampoo such as Khadi Amla Volume Shampoo. If you have light blonde, white, or gray hair, please pre-treat with Khadi Color Prep for an exposure time of 30 to 60 minutes. For bleached, highlighted, or severely damaged hair, we also recommend pre-pigmenting your hair with Khadi Color Prep so that it absorbs the color evenly.
Mixing and application:

Mix the Khadi Plant Hair Dye Black with 50-degree hot water until a spreadable paste is formed. Adding a teaspoon of alkaline salt accelerates the dyeing process and improves durability.

Distribute the mixture evenly strand by strand through your hair. Leave out lengths and ends if you only want to dye the roots.

The exposure time varies between 30 and 120 minutes, depending on the desired color depth. To refresh your natural hair color, you only need 20 minutes.

Rinse out the hair dye with clear water.
After application:

Refrain from using shampoo for 24 to 48 hours to allow the color depth to fully develop.

Then apply a Khadi Hair Oil, leave it on for 20 minutes, and then rinse it out with natural shampoo to fix the color pigments.
Note:
Since every hair is unique, results with natural hair dyes can vary. We recommend testing Khadi Black on an inconspicuous test strand.
