Instructions for use Khadi Plant Hair Colour Pure Indigo:
Preparation:
Begin your hair colouring routine by first washing your hair with a silicone-free shampoo such as Khadi Amla Volume Shampoo. Khadi Indigo Plant Hair Colour is suitable for dark blonde to black hair and can be applied directly. If your hair is lighter, it is recommended to pre-pigment with Khadi Color Prep, especially for grey, bleached, highlighted, or severely damaged hair.
Mixing and Application:

Mix Khadi Plant Hair Colour Pure Indigo with water heated to 50 degrees to form a smooth paste. For faster and more intense colouring with Khadi Indigo, add a teaspoon of basic salt.

Distribute the mixture evenly strand by strand through your hair. Leave out the lengths and ends if you only want to colour the roots.

The development time varies between 30 and 120 minutes, depending on the desired colour depth. The longer it acts, the darker and more intense the colour result will be. To refresh the colour, you only need 20 minutes. If you are using Khadi Indigo for pre-pigmentation only, a development time of 30 minutes is sufficient.

Rinse the hair colour with clear water.
After Application:

Avoid shampoo for 24 to 48 hours to allow the colour depth to fully develop.

Then use a Khadi hair oil, let it sit for 20 minutes, and then rinse it out with natural shampoo to fix the colour pigments.

As every hair is unique, results with natural hair colours may vary. We recommend testing Khadi Pure Indigo on an inconspicuous test strand.
