Application:

1. Preparation: Dissolve one teaspoon of MeineBase in approx. ½ litre of body-warm water.
2. Soaking: Place the inner stockings in the solution until they are completely soaked.
3. Wringing out: Wring out the damp inner stockings thoroughly until they no longer drip.
4. Putting on: Put on the damp inner stockings and pull the dry outer stockings over them. For cold feet, additionally use a hot water bottle.

Care instructions:

• Washing: Wash the inner stockings after each use to ensure hygiene and effectiveness.
