Ingredients:
53 % propolis extract*, acerola juice concentrate*, maltodextrin*, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell)

Instructions for use:
Generally, swallow one capsule daily, or two capsules if needed, unchewed with plenty of liquid.
If necessary, the capsule can be opened by pulling it apart and the contents mixed with e.g. yogurt, muesli or a drink.
Content per capsule: Propolis extract 200 mg, natural vitamin C 12 mg = 15 % of the recommended daily intake
