Govinda psyllium husk 250g

A pure natural product obtained from the seeds of Indian plantain. By deseeding the seeds, a product with a very high fiber content is obtained. When mixed with water, they swell to 20 times their volume.

Usage
Recommended intake: Consume 1 to 2 teaspoons mixed in plenty of liquid (at least 0.25l) up to twice daily.
