Preparation
For 3 servings, 1 sachet:
1. Pour 1/4 liter of water into a pot, measure 1/4 liter of milk, add half of the milk to the water, and bring the contents of the pot to a boil.
2. Remove the pot from the hob, add the remaining milk, and stir in the entire contents of the 80g sachet. If desired, refine with a knob of butter.
3. After one minute, beat the puree vigorously again with a whisk. Alternatively, prepare with water or soy drink. If removing a partial amount, thoroughly mix the contents of the sachet beforehand.

Für 3 Portionen nimmst Du 1 Beutel mit 80 g. Du kochst 1/4 l Wasser mit der Hälfte der Milch auf, nimmst den Topf von der Herdplatte und rührst den Beutelinhalt mit der restlichen Milch ein. Nach einer Minute schlägst Du das Püree noch einmal kräftig mit dem Schneebesen durch.
