For our pasta varieties, which are made from protein-rich legumes, we exclusively use 100% selected organic ingredients. Initially, the legumes are carefully ground into flour. Subsequently, the flour is mixed with crystal-clear water and pressed through the corresponding die. In doing so, we follow the traditional Italian production method. This ensures optimal cooking properties and the perfect al dente bite of Byodo's unique pasta delights.
