Production information:
To create our airy salad cream, a mixture of water, raw cane sugar, skimmed milk powder, and sea salt is carefully prepared. Sunflower oil is then gradually added to form an emulsion. Finally, apple cider vinegar, mustard, and lemon juice concentrate are gently mixed into the cream. The resulting salad cream can then be filled while hot and vacuum-sealed by screwing the lid onto the jar.
