Production Information:
The organically grown mustard seeds first undergo careful selection and cleaning. Subsequently, the whole seeds are gently processed by rollers, which transform them into a delicate grist. A mixture of water, vinegar, salt, and spices leads to the formation of what is known as the mash. To allow the optimal development of the mustard aroma, the mash is given an appropriate resting period. Afterwards, all components are ground to a smooth consistency, which is then bottled. The entire production process is carried out without any heat input.
