The organic mustard seeds first undergo a thorough selection and cleaning. The whole seeds are then carefully crushed by rollers and transformed into delicate grist. By adding water, vinegar, salt, and spices, the mash is created. A short resting phase is observed to allow the mustard aroma to develop optimally. Afterwards, all components are ground to a smooth consistency, which is then bottled. During the entire production process, no heat is applied.
