Using traditional craftsmanship, this mustard is produced exclusively from high-quality brown organic mustard seeds in France. After the husks have been sieved off, only water, vinegar, and sea salt are added. The result is a pure, smooth delicacy that is indispensable in sophisticated cooking and can also be enjoyed on its own!

Due to a natural process, an oily liquid may form on the surface of the mustard, which can be stirred back into the mustard without affecting the taste.
