Information on production:

As with all organic oils from Byodo, the Byo-Protect process gently removes heat-sensitive plant substances from the rapeseed frying oil, ensuring high heat tolerance. As part of the Byo-Protect process, the oil is first carefully and purely mechanically filtered to eliminate coarse components. Natural clay minerals then bind additional plant substances. Finally, the last fine particles are "blown" out of the oil using gently applied steam. In this way, the organic rapeseed frying oil not only becomes highly heatable but is also characterized by a particularly mild taste.
