Information on production:
The Byo-Protect process gently and naturally filters heat-sensitive plant substances from the oil, which allows for high-heat cooking. The oil is processed through mechanical cleaning and the binding of plant substances with clay minerals. Finally, steam removes fine particles from the oil. Our organic frying oil is the ideal alternative for deep-frying and contains predominantly monounsaturated fatty acids, in contrast to coconut fat. Tip: Recognize the optimal temperature by holding a wooden spoon in the hot oil. Small air bubbles indicate the correct temperature.
