Byodo Organic Raspberry Vinegar: fruity, berry-like!

Discover the fine, fruity taste of Byodo Organic Raspberry Vinegar. Fresh lamb's lettuce, a few walnuts and a delicious dressing with organic raspberry vinegar – our gourmet greeting to you. Traditionally, raspberry vinegar is used for green salads.

We use pure mother juice from carefully selected raspberries as the basis for our raspberry vinegar. This juice is first fermented into raspberry wine and then further processed into raspberry vinegar. After production, the organic Byodo raspberry vinegar is only filtered, which gives it its beautiful clear color!

Our fine Byodo vinegars are, of course, unsulphured, as organic vinegars are not permitted to undergo sulphur treatment. Turbidity, deposits at the bottom of the bottle and, if applicable, flocculation are not signs of quality loss, but rather characteristic of the natural production method of this organic product. So-called "mother of vinegar" can be easily sieved off, and the vinegar can be used as usual.

Information on production:

Byodo organic vinegar is fundamentally produced from alcohol, meaning, depending on the variety, from red wine, raspberry wine, grain alcohol, etc. The alcohol is poured into large fermentation tanks and gradually fermented into vinegar using acetic acid bacteria and oxygen supply at temperatures of approximately 25 °C. Experts refer to this process as a continuous procedure. After production, Byodo organic raspberry vinegar undergoes only a filtration to preserve its appealing clear color. All raw materials are 100% from certified organic cultivation.
