The environmentally friendly Byodo vinegar is generally obtained from alcohol, which means, depending on the variety, from red wine, raspberry wine, grain alcohol, etc. The alcohol is filled into large fermentation tanks and gradually fermented into vinegar using acetic acid bacteria and oxygen supply at temperatures of approximately 25 °C. Experts refer to this process as a continuous procedure. The specific sweet note of the apple balsam results from the special ratio of apple cider vinegar and concentrated apple syrup. All raw materials are 100% organically grown.
