We press this pearl of macrobiotic cuisine from exquisite organic sesame seeds. This process preserves not only the healthy ingredients but also the plant's own sesamolin, which acts as a natural antioxidant, making our oil long-lasting.
Usage
Our cold-pressed sesame oil has a nutty, very mild flavor. It adds an Asian flair to your dishes. Heat sesame oil gently and use it to finish vegetables, fish, rice, and noodles just before serving.

Olive Rice Salad Ingredients: - 2 eggplants - 1 tbsp agave syrup - 50 g pitted green olives - 60 g pine nuts - 200 g cooked rice - 6 tbsp BIO PLANÈTE virgin sesame oil - Juice of 2 lemons - 2 bunches of arugula - Pepper Cut the eggplants and sauté them in sesame oil. Roughly chop the olives and mix with rice and pine nuts. Whisk together the agave syrup and lemon juice and season with pepper. Cut the arugula and arrange it on plates.
