Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed, in cases of diarrhea, drink one cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows 2 to 6 times daily:
Pour approx. 150 ml of water over 1 tablespoon (approx. 10 g) of blueberries, crushed shortly before use, heat to a boil for about 10 to 15 minutes, and then strain while still hot.
For rinsing and gargling, prepare an infusion in the specified amount or the required multiple as follows:
Pour 100 ml of water over 10 g of blueberries, heat to a boil for about 10 to 15 minutes, and then strain while still hot.
