Classic Preparation for 4 Servings:
Add 200g of mixture to 600 ml of milk or water in a saucepan and slowly bring to a boil while stirring. Simmer for 2-4 minutes until the oatmeal has reached the desired consistency. Enjoy warm!

Quick Preparation for 1 Serving:
Place 4 heaped tablespoons (approx. 50g) of mixture into a bowl. Pour 150 ml of boiling water or boiling milk over it and let it steep for 2 minutes. Then stir well and enjoy warm!

Microwave Preparation for 1 Serving:
Place 4 heaped tablespoons (approx. 50g) of mixture into a bowl and pour 150 ml of cold water or cold milk over it. Stir well and heat on high for 2 minutes. Then let it steep for 2 minutes, stir well again and enjoy warm!

Serving Suggestion:
Refine the oatmeal to taste with cream, yogurt, fruit or nuts! Sweeten as desired with, for example, sugar, beet syrup, honey, agave nectar or maple syrup.
