The active ingredient is: Pansy herb (wild pansy with flowers)
50 g of medicinal tea contains 50 g of pansy herb

Applications, dosage, consumption recommendation

Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor, pharmacist or nurse has told you. Check with your doctor, pharmacist or nurse if you are not sure.

Dosage:
Internal use
Adults, including the elderly, drink 1 cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows 1 to 3 times a day:
Pour 150 ml of boiling water over 3 teaspoons (approx. 3 g) of pansy herb, cover and let steep for about 10 - 15 minutes. Then strain.

External use
As an additive for wet compresses
Adults, including the elderly and young people aged 12 and over, should apply moist compresses 2 to 3 times a day with an infusion prepared as follows: Pour 1 litre of boiling water over 2 - 6 tablespoons (approx. 5 - 20 g) of pansy herb, cover and allow to steep for 10 - 15 minutes. Then strain.
The infusion is used to make moist compresses that are applied to the affected areas of skin.

As an additive for baths
Adults, including the elderly and young people aged 12 and over, use an infusion as a bath additive, which is prepared as follows: Pour 2 - 3 tablespoons (approx. 5 - 10 g) of pansy herb into 1 litre of boiling water, cover and leave to steep for about 10 - 15 minutes. Then strain.
One liter of this infusion is added to the bath.

To drink after preparing a tea infusion.
External use:
For compresses and for preparing baths after preparing an infusion.

Therefore, use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.
