Dosage:
Pour approximately 200 ml of boiling water over 1 filter bag and let steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
Unless otherwise prescribed, drink one cup of tea 3 to 4 times a day.
For use in the mouth and throat area, rinse or gargle several times a day with a tea infusion prepared as follows: Pour approx. 100 ml of boiling water over 1 filter bag and let steep for about 10 to 15 minutes.
