Applications, dosage, consumption recommendation
Pour 200 ml of bubbling boiling water over the filter bag in a cup and let it steep for 7 minutes. Then remove the filter bag.
Due to the natural coumarin content of the tonka bean, do not drink more than 2 cups daily.
