Applications, dosage, consumption recommendation

Dosage:
Internally: Unless otherwise prescribed, in case of digestive problems, drink a cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows 2-3 times a day: Pour 1 teaspoon (approx. 2 g) of rosemary leaves with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and strain after about 10-15 minutes.

For external use, first prepare an infusion of 50 g of rosemary leaves and 1 liter of water and then dilute it to make a full bath.
