Pour 1 teaspoon (approx. 1.5 g) of oak bark into 150 ml of water and bring to the boil for about 10-15 minutes. Then strain.



External use

For rinsing, gargling and preparing compresses

For rinsing, gargling and preparing compresses for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over, an infusion is prepared in the specified amount or the required multiple as follows:

Pour about 100 ml of water over 1 heaped teaspoon (about 2 g) of oak bark and heat to boiling point for about 10-15 minutes. Then strain.



As an addition to full and partial baths

Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over should take a full or partial bath once a day.

As an addition, an infusion is prepared in the specified amount or the required multiple as follows:

Pour 1 liter of water over 1 tablespoon (approx. 5 g) of oak bark and bring to the boil for about 10-15 minutes. Then strain.

The infusion is added to the full or partial bath.
