How should Bronchial Cold Tea Herbal Tea No. 7a be used?

Dosage:
Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over should drink, unless otherwise prescribed, 1 cup of the following freshly prepared tea infusion several times a day:
Pour 150 ml of boiling water over 1 filter bag, cover and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
Then remove the filter bag.
