DosageUnless otherwise prescribed, drink one cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows 3 to 4 times a day:
Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 4 full teaspoons (approx. 2.8 g) of nettle leaves and strain after about 10 to 15 minutes.
Ensure an additional abundant fluid intake.

Dosage:
Adults, including the elderly, and adolescents aged 12 and over, should drink 1 cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows 3-6 times daily:
Pour 150 ml of boiling water over 3 teaspoons (approx. 2 g) of nettle leaves and let it steep, covered, for about 10-15 minutes. Then strain.
Ensure ample additional fluid intake.
Children under 12 years
Use is not intended.
