Application, dosage, consumption recommendationPour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 filter bag and let it steep, covered, for approx. 5 to 10 minutes. Then remove the filter bag.
Unless otherwise prescribed, drink 1 cup of freshly prepared tea 3 to 4 times a day between meals.
