The exquisite Byodo Crema specialties get their fruity-sweet note from concentrated grape must. The grapes are pressed, and the resulting juice is concentrated until the aroma and sweetness harmonize perfectly. Subsequently, depending on the variety, high-quality Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI, aromatic basil extract, white wine vinegar, and blackcurrant juice or lemon juice are added. By adding corn starch, our Cremas achieve their characteristic thick consistency, with which they vividly refine all kinds of dishes.
