The fine Byodo Crema specialities get their fruity-sweet note from concentrated grape must. The grapes are pressed, and the juice obtained is concentrated until the aroma and sweetness are perfectly harmonised. Afterwards, depending on the variety, high-quality Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI, aromatic basil extract, white wine vinegar as well as blackcurrant juice or lemon juice are added. By adding corn starch, our Cremas get their characteristic thick consistency, with which they vividly refine dishes of all kinds.
