Original Norwegian preparation on a baking tray

1. Stir the contents of the package into 1 liter of cold water and let it soak for at least 3 hours.
2. Spread the dough evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
3. Place in a cold oven and bake at 200 °C top and bottom heat for approx. 80 minutes without preheating.
