Mung bean seeds* (Vigna radiata), red clover seeds* (Trifolium pratense), lentil seeds* (Lens culinaris), radish seeds* (Raphanus sativus)

preparation instructions

Soak before germination. Rinse thoroughly with clear water before consumption. Formation of root hairs possible. Use 2 tablespoons of seeds per seed tray or sprouting jar. Soak for twelve hours. Water twice daily and harvest after 3-5 days. The ideal germination temperature is 18-22°C.
