Mung bean seeds* (Vigna radiata), Lentil seeds* (Lens culinaris), Radish seeds* (Raphanus sativus var. sativus), Red clover seeds* (Trifolium pratense)

preparation instructions

Soak before sprouting. Rinse thoroughly with clear water before consumption. Formation of fibrous roots is possible. Use 2 tablespoons of seeds per seed tray or sprouting jar. Soak for six to eight hours. Water twice daily and harvest after 4 days. The ideal sprouting temperature is 18-22°C.
