Mondino

Our master distiller Hans learned his distillery craft in the 1960s in Bella Italia. From there he brought the recipe for the Amaro back to his native Chiemgau. Together with his friends Ferdinand, Florian and Benedikt, grandson Max revived his grandfather's old family recipe: They interpreted the traditional recipe in a very modern way and created an incomparably high-quality Amaro: consistently organically refined with regional ingredients and a low sugar content.
