Application

Spray 10 to 15 sprays directly onto the skin and then massage in gently. Repeat application several times a day if necessary. After about 10 - 15 minutes, any hübner® magnesium oil that has not been absorbed can be washed off with clean water. 15 sprays contain 210 mg of pure magnesium.
