Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows 3 to 5 times daily, preferably hot:
Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 filter bag and let steep for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Unless otherwise prescribed, drink one cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows 3–5 times a day, as hot as possible: pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 filter bag and let it steep for about 10–15 minutes.
Then remove the filter bag.
